Book a Nutrition Check-Up. It gives you orientation and is not intended to show how poorly you are doing, but to help your health thrive sustainably. Due to lack of time, excuses, eating on the run, people pay no attention to eating the right food and tend to go for fast food. Nowadays it is increasingly difficult to distinguish between a healthy and unhealthy diet. There are so many different diets and so much advertising about what to eat and how healthy it is. In addition you also have little time or do not take time to cook. But the food we eat and the beverage we drink have a very huge impact on wether we feel well, healthy, energetic and resilient or not. The wrong food can be carcinogenic and harmful for our body. That’s why it is so important that you get aware of what you really buy, cook, eat and drink. With the Nutrition Check-Up we can see together where you stand in terms of nutrition. We go over certain questions and look at things like your kitchen, pantry, refrigerator, grocery shopping, restaurant visits or takeaways. After the Check-Up it is recommended for example to join the Group Classes for Weight Loss 2-3 times a week or to book regular Health Coachings or Personal Trainings for Weight Loss to improve your results. It makes sense to book one Coaching or Personal Training per month in addition to the Group Classes in order to individually eliminate one's own weak points and to receive individual feedback. It is also useful to book regular check-ups in combination with the group classes. You want to provide your body with healthier food that positively support and promote your health. Cancellation Policy

The 1:1 personal training, coaching sessions and check-ups must be cancelled and rescheduled at least 24 hours before the start. Notice: The booked personal training, coaching or check-up will be charged in full: 1. if you participate or 2. if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the personal training/coaching/check-up starts or 3. if you do not show up.
