Book a Fitness Check-Up. It gives you orientation and is not intended to show how poorly you are doing, but to help your health thrive sustainably. Benefit from the best check-up techniques from high-performance sports, physiotherapy and medical fitness. In the Check-Up we screen for example your strength, endurance, mobility, stability and/or coordination. In this appointment we will discuss which services from our Wellness Program can promote your health in the best possible way. After the Check-Up it is recommended to join the Group Classes 2-3 times a week or to book regular Personal Trainings to improve your results. It makes sense to book one Personal Training per month in addition to the Group Classes in order to individually eliminate one's own weak points and to receive individual feedback. It is also useful to book regular check-ups in combination with the group classes. Strength and Endurance Through various exercises, we will determine how good your strength and endurance are. Strength and endurance are important to make your everyday life easier, no matter how old you are. For example, you need strength in your legs and endurance to climb stairs easily or to catch the bus at the last minute without much effort. For carrying children or heavy things you need strong arms and a strong core. Testing your strength and endurance should encourage you to improve your performance and engage in regular fitness training. Flexibility/Mobility, Stability and Coordination A screening will be performed to test mobility (shoulder and hip mobility) and stability, among other things, to determine which areas need improvement first. Measuring the mobility of your joints is critical to determine if you have postural problems, foot instability or limited range of motion. The 1:1 personal training, coaching sessions and check-ups must be cancelled and rescheduled at least 24 hours before the start. Notice: The booked personal training, coaching or check-up will be charged in full: 1. if you participate or 2. if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the personal training/coaching/check-up starts or 3. if you do not show up.
