Yes, definitely. Depending on where you live, you can book Personal Training for Fitness ( locally or online) or join virtual classes. It is important that you exercise regularly. With me you will be motivated, have fun and get stronger. I will teach you the best about exercise, nutrition and health. I'm looking forward to meeting you! You can also watch and do the supplemental "Fit in the Office" video workouts. They help you to stay active especially during work and create a balance to all the sitting.
If you are short on time, you can do the video workouts (24/7) yourself. These are between 5-60 minutes long. But if you need appointments to really work out, you can also join the live online Group Trainings (50 minutes) or book Personal Trainings (local or online).
It's important to exercise regularly despite little time and add variety to your workouts to stay motivated.
Low energy can be caused by lack of exercise and/or the wrong diet or lack of sleep and negative stress. You can get clarity by booking a Health Check-Up (local or online). In this check-up we will get to the bottom of the reasons for your lack of energy and give you tips on how to regain more energy. In addition, further steps will be worked out together to help you feel better again, e.g. whether you should book further appointments for the Health Coaching, regularly participate in the live online group classes or book personal trainings for Fitness.
The body likes to move and sweat every day to stay healthy. If you can train 4-5 times a week with short (5-30 min) and longer (30-60 min) training sessions, this will help enormously to keep your body and mind fit and make it more resilient.
For example, you can book Personal Trainings (local or online) 1-2 times, join my 50 min live online group classes 2-3 times and do my video workouts 1-2 times.
The Personal Training and Group Classes help keep you accountable.
If you sit a lot during the day, the short "Fit in the Office" workouts are also a great change of routine and provide additional compensation for the lack of movement. These are easy to do while you are working.
I recommend that you first book a personal training session where we do an FMS. It is a screen through which we can see what areas you need to improve to alleviate/eliminate knee pain (this is not a medical offer or consultation).
After that, you can book more personal training sessions, for example, so you can get individualized attention. Another option is to join the live online group trainings. Even if you haven't done anything for your fitness for a long time, you can participate in these. You just keep up the effort as it is good for you.
It is best to try it out for 1 month to see if you like it. I take into account the fitness of the participants and also adjust the exercises according to physical issues. For this it is important that you write when booking under "Fill out your details/ Any physical issues?" that you have not done any sports for a long time and that you have slight knee pain.
It is definitely worthwhile to participate in the classes, because you will be motivated to move regularly and get fit. The focus is on fun, "easy to do" and maintaining and improving your health.

First of all congratulations!
I highly recommend that you talk to your doctor about whether you can exercise and join the classes.
That the doctor has a slight idea of what the classes are about, here is some information:
Fitness Boost Class: bodyweight (with additional weights) and cardio exercises (like running, jumping)
Flexibility and Relaxation Class: Stretching and relaxation exercises
Everybody is different. Depending on the person, physical activity can have a positive influence on pregnancy and after. Please check with your doctor In advance which exercises you are allowed to do so that you can adjust the training and exercises accordingly to your needs. If you are attending classes, please write in the "Fill out your Details" section under "Any physical issues..." that you are pregnant or just starting back after giving birth.
Depending on the situation, personal training/coaching can be a good alternative to the classes during that time so that your needs can be best addressed.
If you want to pause your package or membership for Live Online Group Classes and/or Live Online Personal Trainings/Coachings
